The major regions for contributing material and cultural potential of oil workers are Rechitsa and Svetlogorsk Regions, Gomel. One of the Association social responsibility priorities is creating healthy life-style atmosphere in its subdivisions and participation in physical culture and sport development with regard to the regions of responsibility. The enterprise carries-out its social development activity on the basis of long-term target programs. They stipulate continuous enhancement of public catering services quality, profitability and strengthening the resource base of the recreational complex, implementing decent social and living conditions for the employees. Department of Social Facilities (DSF) takes active participation in social programs realization and conducts its activity in multiple directions.
The major goal of public catering is providing the employees with hot meals at stationary mess halls, at the crews and shifts work locations and providing special meals for the oil workers of particular categories. DSF features over 30 mess halls, canteens, mobile meal stations as well as dedicated workshops and storage facilities. “Belorusneft” has proprietary agricultural and industrial subdivisions and farm units that provide the oil workers with meat products, sausages, milk, vegetables, and poultry products. “Solnechniy Bereg” sanatorium, which is located at the Dnieper bank near Rechitsa, plays essential role in the health improvement system with reference to the employees, their families, enterprise retired workers. Over 150 oil workers monthly visit the sanatorium and improve their health. The sanatorium complex is equipped with updated medical devices. Its specialization is treatment of alimentary and respiratory organs; locomotorium; cardiovascular, central and peripheral nervous systems maladies; skin diseases; aftertreatment of the employees recovering from illnesses. The complex features a covered swimming pool, balneary, sports grounds and gyms. A unique landscape is created on the basis of the sanatorium territory. Every year about 2 000 oil workers’ children visit children’s recreation camp named after M. Kazey situated in the picturesque location of Rechitsa district. At their service they have comfortable buildings, organized children's playgrounds and a stadium. Qualified teachers organize exiting leisure.
Employees of “Neftyanik” culture and leisure centre provide for the leisure of the enterprise workers and their families, organize concerts, culture and entertainment events. Major lines of their activity include creative, organizational and methodical, commercial. More than ten creative teams and associations function on the basis of the culture and leisure centre. Three of them have honorary distinctions. | |||
