“Belorusneft–Neftekhimproekt” branch

The branch is a Minsk-located separate subdivision of “Belorusneft” enterprise.
The Institute is leading in Belarus in the field of designing the facilities for storage, transportation and realization of oil products and liquefied hydrocarbon gases. It has been conducting its activities since 1987.

Its core activities are: developing the design and estimate documentation for the construction, expanding, reconstruction of filling stations and bulk plants; design, implementation and support of automated process control systems, upon the development of which the best global achievements in accounting, acceptance, storage and issuance of oil products are applied.
 
During 2010 the branch specialists designed 82 sites (filling stations, gas filling stations, bulk plants), herewith 86% of the design and exploration works were executed using own resources. For the period since 2005 the design and estimate documentation output has increased almost sevenfold.
The branch has all the certificates and licenses required for designing the facilities for storage, transportation and realization of oil products and liquefied hydrocarbon gases on the territory of Belarus. The design is carried out in accordance with Quality Management System STB ISO 9001-2009.

Intellectual potential and facilities:

The branch boasts the staff of the professional architects, qualified design-and-planning engineers, designers having wide experience in the development of projects of any complexity. All the specialists have specialized education and are continuously improving their knowledge, receiving training in new software products and architectural engineering and design techniques.
The issued design documentation fully complies with the today´s requirements and quality standards.

Activity lines:

 — developing all the design documentation sections for hazardous production facilities: bulk plants, gas filling stations, filling stations with services complex, a cafe and a shop;
 — executing measuring-examination works;
 — developing specific design documentation sections;
 — developing environmental measures;
 — developing fire safety measures;
 — executing the general designer´s functions;
 — works in the field of the automatic process control systems (PCS) for bulk plant sites: from project development, carrying out start-up and commission operations to training of the specialists operating and supporting PCS.


In 2011 the entitlement to perform design works in the Russian Federation (as of 11.04.2011 No. ČĎ-209-467) was obtained for the activity types as follows:

 — preparing a land plot layout organization scheme;
 — preparing architectural solutions;
 — preparing design and technological solutions;
 — preparing the information on internal utilities, internal and external engineering networks, on the engineering and technical measures list;
 — developing specific design documentation sections;
 — preparing the projects for construction organization, demolition and dismantling of buildings, prolongation of lifetime and conservation period;
 — preparing environmental measures projects;
 — preparing fire safety measures projects;
 — preparing the projects of measures for affording access to population groups with low mobility;
 — examining of buildings and facilities engineering structures;
 — organizing the preparation of the design documentation engaged by the developer or customer based on the contract with a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur (general designer).
