Departments for oil products

The main purpose of the departments is organizing the transportation (transportational forwarding) of the oil products produced by “Mozyr Oil-Refinery Plant”, JSC and “Naftan”, JSC.
For the purpose of their consignor status confirmation the departments have proprietary railway codes; they concluded long-term transport service contracts with Belarusian Railway branches.
Types of the works fulfilled:

• acceptance of the hydrocarbon material arriving via railway or pipeline transportation and its delivery for processing to the Oil-Refinery Plants;
• record maintenance with regard to the Clients’ raw materials and oil products kept in the tanks of the Oil-Refinery Plants;
• transportation scheduling and coordination with railway authorities, railway vehicles ordering, railway tariff payment;
• selecting tank cars suitable for oil products loading;
• drawing-up transport and shipping documents – local and international;
• marking tank cars according to the Dangerous Goods Regulations, sealing cars with leaden seals and shut-off sealing devices;
• carrying-out the required custom duties during oil products export;
• filling out certificates of origin at Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
• submitting current information and fulfilled oil product dispatch records to the Clients in the electronic or paper form as agreed.

Mode of operation – twenty-four-hour. The departments offer the unique possibility of possessing full information on a real-time basis for their Clients that allows the latter to promptly regulate the oil products loading process at their option including changing the oil product destination at any time. Having formalized the contractual relations with the departments, oil processers do not have to open their representative offices at the Oil-Refinery Plants.
