Production Association “Belorusneft” refines proprietary and purchased oil at oil refinery plants of the republic (JSC “Mozyr Oil Refinery Plant” and JSC “Naftan”). Network of oil products and oils distribution  of Production Association «Belorusneft» is the largest in the country. The Association comprises 10 oil product supplying enterprises located in all the republic regions and in Minsk. At the beginning of 2012 their structure incorporated 44 oil product storing facilities, 501 filling stations. 205 of them sell LPG.

At “Belorusneft” filling stations the customers are offered a complete range of supplementary services including automated and hand car washing, shops, coffee bars, servicing stations, tire fitting and wheel balancing, insurance, motels, parking areas for light and heavy vehicles.

At “Belorusneft” filling stations one can fuel a vehicle, purchase goods and pay for the services via non-cash payment system “Belnefteproduct Filling Station Service”. Due to expansion of customer service territory since 2008 the payments for oil products can be fulfilled using “Belnefteproduct Filling Station Service” electronic cards at the filling stations of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Poland. “Belorusneft” filling stations are supplying oil products for cash in belorussian roubles and foreign currency, by bank cards “Visa” and “Mastercard”, as well as by fuel card “Berlio Card”, “Aris-Card”, “DKV”, “UTA”, “Petrol plus”, “Routex”, “Å-100”.

“Belorusneft” cumulative share of the light oils home market makes up about 70%. Petroleum ÀI-95-Euro, À-92, Normal-80, diesel fuel, diesel fuel containing 5% bio additive (fatty acids dimethyl ethers), illuminating kerosene, vehicular propane-butane and a wide range of home-produced and imported accompanying goods of both industrial and food groups.

The Quality Monitoring System implemented at Production Association “Belorusneft”, which comprises a network of bulk plant accredited laboratories and a portable laboratory, ensures the quality of the saleable oil products.

The Association wholesales all kinds of petroleum, diesel, jet and stove fuel, black oil fuel, condensed gas and gas products. Petroleum stock for pyrolysis, benzol, paraxylene and sulphuric acid is supplied for industrial processing. The large and small wholesale distribution of oil products is fulfilled via railway and automobile transportation. Proprietary petroleum and propane tank vehicles park can carry-out simultaneous deliveries of up to three fuel kinds what ensures measured supplies of oil products to the customers.

Export sales of oil products by large wholesale are fulfilled via Belarusian Oil Company with RUE “Production Association “Belorusneft” as its founder. Export sales of condensed gas are also fulfilled on a competitive basis.

The major oil products marketing outlets are the Baltic states, Ukraine, Hungary, Poland. The gas is predominantly exported to Poland and Ukraine.

The centralized supply system ensures availability of all fuels, which comply with EU quality standards Euro-3 and Euro-4, at each filling station. The country condensed car gas market also sees dynamic development. Its major producer in the republic is Belarus Gas Processing Plant that is a “Belorusneft” branch. Belarus Gas Processing Plant refines associated petroleum gas and imported hydrocarbon material – broad fraction of light hydrocarbons (BFLH) that are purchased on an ongoing basis.

The association includes 3 gas-filling stations that permit to ship the products both to the home market and to other countries.

“Belorusneft” effects transshipment of oil at a terminal in Rechitsa. There the acceptance of oil from RUE “Gomeltransneft Druzhba” oil pipeline, filling railroad tank cars and their departure to the consignee address are carried out. The oil terminal allows accepting oil from tank cars for further delivery via RUE “Gomeltransneft Druzhba” oil pipeline to JSC “Mozyr Oil Refinery Plant”.
