Oil service
The branch of “Belorusneft” specializes in drilling and well overwork, rigging-up and squeezing operations. The main customers of works are “Rosneft-Purneftegaz”, LLC and Siberian Administration on well construction. 3 brigades work in the branch for well overwork by a ratholing method, 10 brigades of well overwork, a drilling crew, two backfill links, a rig-up crew, two logging crews of logging engineers, and transport workers.
Ratholing is carried out with the help of heavy-payload mobile facilities HRI-500 and À-60/80, for well overwork. There is a motor transport park completed with more than 120 vehicles. The proper production and repair base was established.
In July 2008, “Belorusneft” established and registered “Belorusneft — Siberia Limited Liability Company” as a resident of the Russian Federation, being its single member. A new structure will take place of the enterprise’s branch.
In the nearest future “Belorusneft” is ready to mobilize 3 drilling rigs Uralmash 3D-86 for the works conducted in the Russian Federation, engaging drilling personnel, as well as to increase the number of brigades, executing ratholing works, to multiply the volumes of rigging-up operations, backfill and downhole logging, and to introduce new technologies and their scientific support. “Belorusneft” will successively equip “Belorusneft-Siberia”, LLC for the expansion of the scope of work with a wide range of oil services.
One of the perspective projects of the “Production Association “Belorusneft” in the Russian Federation is supply to “Surgutneftegaz” OJSC of aggregates for well overwork ÀP-80, manufactured using transport bases of “Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant”. Project construction documentation of the aggregates was worked out by the specialists of “Seismotekhnika” of “Belorusneft” under the engineering assignment of the Russian colleagues. A test specimen was manufactured on the production base of ‘Seismotekhnika”, which successfully passed the tests in the northern conditions. Within the frames of the contract signed with “Surgutneftegaz” OJSC, nearly 10 AP-80 aggregates will be annually supplied to the Russian regions.
