DERR and WR fulfills overhaul repair of oil injection wells; recovery of the wells abandoned due to technical problems (breakdown equipment removal); recovery of wells using offshoot drilling method; service backup of controlled directional drilling; reservoir conformance increase using water flooding (flow deviating reactants injection); performing overhaul repairs using coiled tubing unit.
Conducting geological and engineering operations:
– enhancement of reservoir recovery;
– repair-and-renewal operations;
– remedial cementing;
– well performance stimulation due to directional acid treatments, hydrochloric-acid fracturing, hydrofracturing;
– well development;
– sidetracking.
In order to perform complicated overhaul repair and well recovery using offshoot drilling method DERR and WR is equipped with updated mobile units K-125, HRI-300, TD-125, TD-160, ÀÐÑ-100 that comprise pumping units, modern 4 or 5 stage process liquid treatment systems and power units. Assemblies UPÀ-60À, À 50Ì, AR-32/40 and À-60/80 are used for maintenance and overhaul repair.
Applied technologies:
– well recovery using the method of drilling an offshoot of up to 1000 m length with cutting a “slot” of diameter 140–194 mm in a casing using an oriented adjusted wedge-type deflector or with full demolition of the production casing section by cutting devices;
– drilling an offshoot with horizontal section;
– drilling an offshoot with simultaneous passing via two casings;
– control of well deviation up to 4300 m in depth with bottom hole deviation up to 1 600 m from the wellhead using telemetering systems and well bore actual paths plotting on a PC;
– application of modern plugging materials, cement and polymeric compositions for conducting insulating works;
– using various acids and solvents for cleaning the bottom-hole zone in order to enhance well productivity. Acids injection is carried-out at pressure up to 50 ÌPà;
– performing hydrochloric-acid fracturing and hydrofracturing at pressure up to 100 ÌPà and flow rate up to 3 m³/min;
– using coiled tubing during well development; bottom hole recovery; cleaning the tubing off propant; salt, paraffine and hydrate blocks using flush-joint long-length pipe Ø 38.1, 44.4 and 50.8 mm.
