Maintenance repair

Maintenance repair (work over) of wells (works regarding replacement of the downhole equipment that failed during the operation; cleaning wells off salt depositions and paraffine; carrying-out preventative maintenance repair operations).

The list of main workover types:

– replacing the electric-centrifugal pump assembly;
– replacing the rod pump assembly without retrieval of tubing;
– replacing the rod pump assembly with retrieval of tubing;
– parted rods elimination without retrieval of tubing;
– switch-over from the rod pump assembly to the electric-centrifugal pump assembly;
– switch-over from the rod pump assembly to flowing well operation;
– switch-over from the electric-centrifugal pump assembly to flowing well operation;
– switch-over from the electric-centrifugal pump assembly to the rod pump assembly;
– switch-over from flowing well operation to the rod pump assembly;
– switch-over from flowing well operation to the electric-centrifugal pump assembly;
– commissioning from the control stock (temporary shutdown);
– switch-over to the control stock (temporary shutdown);
– inspection of the flowline;
– replacing sucker screw pump;
– replacing the rod pump assembly equipped with a downhole pipeline for reactant dosing;
– inspection of the two-column flowlines;
– well bottom flushing.
