Established in 1966.
Primary activities: education and retraining of personnel, second profession training and advanced training, technical safety knowledge testing, introductory instruction upon employment in isolated subdivisions of the Enterprise, as well as on-site methods training by instructor brigades of underground and major well repairs and oil-and-gas well drilling.
Trainings are held according to need of the Enterprise, on request by other organizations, by the assignment of labor, employment and social protection departments on a contract basis.
