The enterprise was established in 2004 by reorganization and affiliation of the republican unitary enterprise for oil products supply Vitebskoblneftproduct. (The previous names of the enterprise: Vitebsk bulk plant of the Russian national Oil Syndicate – since 1923, Vitebsk bulk plant of Region Administration of Glavneftesnab).
Primary activities: wholesale and retail distribution of engine fuel, retail distribution (including alcohol beverages and tobacco goods), public catering, wholesale distribution of associated goods.
The activity of the enterprise is carried out through a network of gas stations, shops, food and beverage facilities and wholesale stores located in the Vitebsk region.
65 gas stations of the enterprise including 22 LPG filling stations are currently operated at the territory of the Vitebsk region.
