Mechanical-engineering domain of “Belorusneft” is represented by OJSC “Seismotechnika”. The Enterprise has over 30-year history of activity on the geophysical equipment production market. Its personnel produced about 5 000 manufactured items of varied naming and functional purpose using more than 60 proprietary inventions.
Quality and reliance of the products manufacture by OJSC “Seismotechnika” are particularly controlled. The Enterprise carried-out the set of works regarding the implementation and certification of the Quality Management System with reference to engineering, production and servicing of geological survey, drilling and oil field equipment. The Enterprise achieved the Quality Management System Compliance Certificate according to STB ISO 9001-2001.
OJSC “Seismotechnika” is one of the leading specialized enterprises of oil mechanical-engineering. Its priority direction is vibratory seismic generators production. This equipment sales geography covered large territories from Kaliningrad to Yakutia and Korea, from Yamal to Uzbekistan and Indonesia. At present, the seismic generators manufactured by OJSC “Seismotechnika” are delivered to Venezuela. The geophysical exploration microprocessor control systems using 2D and 3D technologies (of in-house and “Sersel”/“Pelton” production) are installed into this equipment.
The Enterprise manufactures well drilling and overhaul repair assemblies UPÀ-60À, AP-80, ARS-100. By request of a customer it can manufacture high-capacity (125, 160 tones) overhaul repair assemblies.
“Seismotechnika” is a producer of oil-field and drilling equipment including portable mud cleaning units, POL units, power plants ensuring maintenance and drilling units self-regulation, the bases for drilling rigs and drilling rigs ÎB-53Ì and ÎV-53Ì type, backfill equipment, pump units, jet pumps and refuelling complex equipment.
The Enterprise renders services regarding maintenance of SV vibratory seismic generators, well servicing units and other equipment; conducts commissioning operations and training of operating organization attending personnel.
In order to create a heavy-duty seismic generator competitive with foreign analogues and designed to be operated in the regions with diverse climatic and geological conditions the Enterprise in cooperation with Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant produced a high-traction self-travelling hydroficated chassis with steering “buggy” frame.
The auxiliary equipment for coiled tubing conjunctions and the equipment used for hydrofracturing is scheduled to be manufactured jointly with CJSC “Fidmash”.
